Description
Gravol Kids 18 Chewable Tablets (Dimenhydrinate) is an anti-emetic agent. It is typically used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness due to motion sickness. It may also have other uses.

Gravol Kids 18 Chewable Tablets (Dimenhydrinate) is typically given to children under 2 years as directed by a physician. Children between the ages of 2 and 6 years old should chew 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed. They should not take more than 5 tablets in 24 hours. Children aged 6 to 12 years should take 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours as needed. They should not take more than 10 tablets in 24 hours. However, your pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for your child. The first dose should be taken at least 30 minutes and preferably 1 or 2 hours before traveling. It can be taken with or without food. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. WARNING: Drowsiness may occur. Excitability may occur, especially in children. In addition to its desired action, Gravol Kids 18 Chewable Tablets (Dimenhydrinate) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause constipation, dry mouth, or lack of energy. It may cause dizziness or drowsiness.
