Description
Glycopyrrolate injection USP (Glycopyrrolate) is an agent used to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial (relating to both trachea and bronchi) and other secretions. It is also used to reduce the volume and free acidity of stomach secretions. It may also have other uses.

WARNING: Patients must be cautioned about performing tasks which require mental alertness (e.g., operating machinery or driving). Use with caution in elderly patients, heart disease, liver impairment, renal (kidney) impairment In addition to its desired action, Glycopyrrolate injection USP (Glycopyrrolate) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause constipation, nausea, vomiting, bloating It may cause drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, feeling nervous, slow heartbeats, sleep problems It may cause blurred vision, sensitivity to light, dry mouth, decreased sense of taste, decreased sweating It may cause decreased urination, impotence, sexual problems Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to glycopyrrolate or any component of the formulation, medical conditions that preclude use of anticholinergic type of medication. Taking Glycopyrrolate injection USP (Glycopyrrolate) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with Glycopyrrolate injection USP (Glycopyrrolate) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
