Viagra Orodispersible Films (Sildenafil) is typically used to treat male sexual function problems. It is typically used to treat erectile dysfunction, more commonly known as impotence, in men. It may also have other uses.

Viagra Orodispersible Films (Sildenafil) is typically taken as 1 to 2 films per day. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist. Administer with or without food 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity. Place the film on your tongue with a dry finger. Allow the film to dissolve completely before swallowing with or without water. You can swallow your saliva while the film is dissolving, without swallowing the film. If a second film is needed for a 100 mg dose, take the second film once the first is fully dissolved. WARNING: Use with caution in patients with anatomical deformation of the penis, bleeding disorders, cardiac disease (low blood pressure, high blood pressure, heart failure), liver disease, renal (kidney) impairment, dose adjustment may be needed. Use with caution in elderly, dose adjustment may be required. In addition to its desired action, Viagra Orodispersible Films (Sildenafil) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause flushing, dyspepsia (pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen), headache, visual disturbance. It may cause cardiac (heart) problems, skin rash, reddening of the skin, fever. It may cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bleeding from the nose. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any component of the formulation, concurrent use of organic nitrates in any form (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), concomitant use of riociguat. Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
