Description
Apo Tadalafil PAH (Tadalafil) is typically used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs). It helps lower pulmonary (lung) blood pressure by relaxing and widening blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily to the lungs. It may also have other uses.

Apo Tadalafil PAH (Tadalafil) is typically taken once daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. May be administered with or without food. WARNING: Patients experiencing anginal chest pain after tadalafil administration should seek immediate medical attention. In addition to its desired action, Apo Tadalafil PAH (Tadalafil) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause arm or leg pain, back pain, constipation, diarrhea, difficulty sleeping It may cause fatigue, flushing, headache, heartburn, indigestion, muscle aches Contraindications: Serious hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any component of the formulation, concurrent use of organic nitrate, such as nitroglycerin (regularly and/or intermittently) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat). Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. If you're planning a pregnancy, become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with Apo Tadalafil PAH (Tadalafil) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
