Description
Buckley’s (COMPLETE) is an cold and flu agent. It is typically used for the fast relief of cough, chest congestion (the result of inflamed air passages in the lungs), headache, fever, body pain, nasal and sinus congestion (tight nasal and sinus canals). It may also have other uses.

Buckley’s (COMPLETE)'s dosage depends on the patient's age, it is usually given as a dose of 5 mL or one teaspoon every 4 to 6 hours as required. If you do not improve after 1 hour take 10 mL or 2 teaspoons at the next dose. The maximum dose is 12 teaspoons in 24 hours. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. Administer with or without food. WARNING: Do not use it with other drugs containing acetaminophen, other cough or cold medications. This product contains acetaminophen and a maximum dose of 60 mL in 24 hours is acceptable, if you take more of this drug you might be at a high risk of having severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not combine this drug with other acetaminophen containing drugs and avoid drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks while taking acetaminophen containing drugs because this might damage your liver. In addition to its desired action, Buckley’s (COMPLETE) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause dizziness, drowsiness and stomach pain. It may cause nausea, vomiting, headache and rash. It may cause dark urine, loss of appetite and pale colored stool Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to acetaminophen or menthol or any component of the formulation. Severe liver disease. Do not give for children under the age of 12 years old. Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
