Description
Crysvita (Burosumab) is a monoclonal antibody agent. It is typically used to treat XLH ( X-linked hypophosphataemia) in children 6 months of age and older and adults. XLH causes low levels of phosphate in the blood, which affects bone growth and can lead to weak bones and other bone problems. Crysvita helps raise phosphate levels in the blood, improving bone health and reducing the effects of this condition. It may also have other uses.
