Description
Eucrisa (Crisaborole) is an anti-inflammatory agent. It is typically to treat mild to moderate eczema (an itchy, red skin rash) by adults and children who are at least 3 months years old. It may also have other uses.

Eucrisa (Crisaborole) is usually used twice daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist. For topical use only, not for ophthalmic (eye), oral, or intravaginal use. WARNING: EUCRISA may cause allergic reactions at or near the application site. These can be serious and may include hives, itching, swelling, and redness. If you have any of these symptoms, stop using EUCRISA and get medical help right away. In addition to its desired action, Eucrisa (Crisaborole) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause application site pain. It may cause urticaria (red and sometimes itchy bumps on your skin). It may cause hypersensitivity reaction. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to crisaborole or any component of the formulation. Taking Eucrisa (Crisaborole) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. There is no available data regarding the harm of Eucrisa (Crisaborole) for the fetus, therefore it is not recommended to use it. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with Eucrisa (Crisaborole) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
