May be administered with or without food. WARNING: Use is not recommended with mild liver impairment and with renal (kidney) impairment. In addition to its desired action, Mylan Abacavir Lamivudine (Abacavir Lamivudine) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause abnormal dreams, anxiety, depression, dizziness, fatigue, headache, insomnia, or malaise. It may cause migraine, vertigo, skin rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or gastritis. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to abacavir, lamivudine, or any component of the formulation, moderate or severe hepatic impairment. Taking Mylan Abacavir Lamivudine (Abacavir Lamivudine) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor.
