It may cause increased redness or scaling of the skin sores, skin rash. It may cause skin infection, burning and itching of the skin.
Contraindications: if you are allergic to neomycin, to methylprednisolone, or to any of the ingredients of the medication, if you have chicken pox (viral infection), if you have herpes simplex (viral infection), if you have skin infections that do not respond to neomycin, if you have tuberculosis of the skin (bacterial infection).
