Description
PMS Benzydamine (Benzydamine) is an anti-inflammatory agent. It is usually used for the relief of painful inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat. It may also have other uses.

PMS Benzydamine (Benzydamine) is typically used three or four times daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist. Not less than 15 mL of the liquid should be used for each gargle or rinse. Do not swallow the liquid. WARNING: Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic (liver) problems. In addition to its desired action, PMS Benzydamine (Benzydamine) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause nausea, vomiting, drowsiness. It may cause skin rash, burning sensation of skin. It may cause cough, headache, xerostomia (dry mouth). Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to benzydamine or any component of the formulation. Taking PMS Benzydamine (Benzydamine) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. There is no available data regarding the harm of PMS Benzydamine (Benzydamine) for the fetus, therefore it is not recommended to use it. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with PMS Benzydamine (Benzydamine) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
