Description
PMS Letrozole (Letrozole) is an anticancer agent. It is typically used to treat breast cancer in women who are postmenopausal (who no longer have their period). It may also have other uses.

PMS Letrozole (Letrozole) is typically used once daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist. It should be taken at the same time each day and may be taken with or without food. WARNING: Use with caution in patients with liver impairment, dose adjustment may be recommended. May cause dizziness, fatigue, and sleepiness, patients should be cautioned before performing tasks which require mental alertness (e.g., operating machinery or driving). In addition to its desired action, PMS Letrozole (Letrozole) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause hot flushes, hair loss, joint/bone/muscle pain, tiredness, unusual sweating, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness It may cause edema (swelling), weight gain, high blood cholesterol, bone fracture, back pain It may cause cough, shortness of breath Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to letrozole or any component of the formulation, pregnancy Taking PMS Letrozole (Letrozole) during pregnancy is harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with PMS Letrozole (Letrozole) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
