Simparica Trio is the first and only product that combines sarolaner, moxidectin, and pyrantel in one simple-to-give chewable for protection against heartworm disease, ticks and fleas, roundworms and hookworms, infections that may cause lyme disease. It also prevents flea tapeworm infections by killing fleas.

Simparica Trio should be administered orally once a month, with or without food. The tablet is chewable and palatable for most dogs. Care should be taken to ensure that the dog consumes the entire dose and that part of the dose is not lost or refused. If a dose is missed, administer Simparica Trio immediately and resume a monthly dosing schedule. It is important to choose the correct dosage based on the dog’s current body weight and to use the product consistently every month for effective protection. Simparica Trio is for use in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older, weighing at least 2.8 pounds. It is a prescription-only medication and should only be used under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. Before starting Simparica Trio, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections. The product should be stored away from heat and light and kept out of reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental ingestion by a human, seek medical advice immediately.
