Description

Yondelis (Trabectedin) is an anticancer agent. It is typically used for the treatment of liposarcoma (a rare type of cancer that grows in fatty tissues of the body). It may also have other uses.

Yondelis (Trabectedin)'s dosage depends on the condition being treated. Your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a schedule that is more appropriate for you. Your doctor or nurse will administer Yondelis (Trabectedin) to you in a hospital or clinical setting.
WARNING: It may cause serious cardiovascular (heart) and hepatic (liver) problems. In addition to its desired action, Yondelis (Trabectedin) may cause some side effects, notably:
It may cause constipation, decreased appetite, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting.
It may cause fatigue, headache, fatigue, dyspnea (shortness of breath).
It may cause sleep disorders, peripheral edema (swelling).
Contraindications: Known, severe hypersensitivity to trabectedin or any component of the formulation. Taking Yondelis (Trabectedin) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product.
