Description
Opzelura (Ruxolitinib) is an immunomodulatory agent. It is typically used to treat Atopic dermatitis (eczema,a condition that causes dry, itchy, and inflamed skin) in patients 12 years and older who have mild to moderate eczema and haven’t improved with other skin treatments, as well as vitiligo, a condition where patches of skin lose their color. This medication helps bring color back to those areas by helping skin cells function more normally. It may also have other uses.
