Description
Reblozyl (Luspatercept) is an agent used to help the body make more red blood cells. It is typically used to treat anemia in adults with beta-thalassemia (a blood disorder that reduces hemoglobin, the part of red blood cells that carries oxygen) or anemia related to myelodysplastic syndromes (a group of conditions where the bone marrow does not produce healthy blood cells). Red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body. When there aren’t enough of them, you may feel tired or weak — a condition called anemia. It may also have other uses.
