Breztri Aerosphere (Budesonide / Glycopyrrolate / Formoterol)

Breztri Aerosphere (Budesonide / Glycopyrrolate / Formoterol) is typically used as two inhalations twice daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Try to use the inhaler at the same time every day to get the most benefit from it and to help you remember to use it. After inhaling the dose of medication, rinse your mouth with water and spit it out. This reduces the chances of developing oral thrush (a fungal infection). Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist.

WARNING: Breztri may cause blurred vision or headaches, affecting your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing other potentially hazardous tasks until you have determined how Breztri Aerosphere (Budesonide / Glycopyrrolate / Formoterol) affects you. It may also cause an increase in blood sugar levels and glucose tolerance may change. This medication, like other medications that contain corticosteroids, may prevent the early signs of a serious infection from being noticed. Long-term use of medications like budesonide may increase your risk of developing osteoporosis (a health condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break). 

In addition to its desired action, Breztri Aerosphere (Budesonide / Glycopyrrolate / Formoterol) may cause some side effects, notably:
It may cause agitation, anxiety, nervousness, restlessness, or trouble sleeping. 
It may cause cough, dizziness, headaches, or tremors.
It may cause dry mouth, hoarseness, muscle spasms, nausea, or throat irritation. 

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to budesonide, glycopyrrolate, formoterol, or any component of the formulation. 

Taking Breztri Aerosphere (Budesonide / Glycopyrrolate / Formoterol) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor.
