Description
Mint Zolpidem ODT (Zolpidem) is a hypnotic agent. It is typically used to treat insomnia (when you might have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep). It may also have other uses.

Mint Zolpidem ODT (Zolpidem) is typically used once daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist.Take this drug on an empty stomach, just before going to bed. WARNING: Use with caution in patients with a history of substance or alcohol abuse. Use with caution in patients with liver impairment. Use with caution in patients with respiratory disease. Use with caution in elderly patients. In addition to its desired action, Mint Zolpidem ODT (Zolpidem) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, excitement, fatigue. It may cause skin rash, headache, hallucination, memory disorder, sinusitis. Contraindications: Patients with hypersensitivity to zolpidem or any component of the formulation, patients who have experienced complex sleep behaviors after taking zolpidem. Taking Mint Zolpidem ODT (Zolpidem) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor.
