Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. Administer on an empty stomach with water at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, milk, or other dairy products.

WARNING: Fluoroquinolones such as Norflox are associated with disabling and potentially irreversible serious adverse reactions that may occur together, including tendons inflammation or rupture and mental problems. Discontinue norfloxacin immediately and avoid use of fluoroquinolones in patients who experience any of these serious adverse reactions. May exacerbate muscle weakness. Reserve use of norfloxacin for the treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections, for patients who have no alternative treatment options because of the risk of disabling and potentially serious adverse reactions.
