Description
NRA Pregabalin (Pregabalin) is a pain relieving agent. It is typically used to relieve neuropathic pain (a shooting or burning pain) associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (pain from damaged nerves due to diabetes) and postherpetic neuralgia (persisting pain following healing of the rash due to shingles). It may also have other uses.

NRA Pregabalin (Pregabalin) is typically given two to three times a day. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Pregabalin may be taken with food or on an empty stomach. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. WARNING: Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment, the dose may be adjusted. Pregabalin may cause dizziness and drowsiness. Do not engage in activities requiring mental alertness, such as driving or operating machinery. Drinking alcohol while you are taking pregabalin may make these effects stronger. It is strongly recommended that you avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking pregabalin. In addition to its desired action, NRA Pregabalin (Pregabalin) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause constipation, dry mouth, muscle weakness, or dizziness. It may cause drowsiness or sleepiness, forgetfulness, lack of energy, or trouble concentrating. It may cause weight gain, balance problems, a blurred vision, or a cough. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to pregabalin or any component of the formulation. Taking NRA Pregabalin (Pregabalin) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with NRA Pregabalin (Pregabalin) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
