Ojemda (Tovorafenib) is an anticancer agent. It is typically used to treat a certain type of brain tumor (pediatric low-grade glioma). It may also have other uses.

Ojemda (Tovorafenib) is usually taken once weekly. However, your doctor or pharmacist may suggest a different schedule that works better for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not take more of this product or take it more often than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. It can be taken with or without food. WARNING: Your healthcare professional may do certain tests before and during your treatment with Ojemda. Skin reactions and liver toxicity should be monitored. In addition to its desired action, this medication may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause rash, hair color changes, fatigue, viral infection, vomiting It may cause hemorrhage, pyrexia, dry skin, constipation, nausea Contraindications: Do not use this medication if you have a known allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of its ingredients. Taking this medication during pregnancy is contraindicated and harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with this medication requires regular monitoring by a doctor. Be sure to see your doctor for all regularly scheduled appointments.
