Description
PMS Moxifloxacin (Moxifloxacin) is an antibiotic. It is typically used for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye, infection of the membrane that covers the outside of the eyeballs and the inside of the eyelids). It may also have other uses.

PMS Moxifloxacin (Moxifloxacin) is typically used two to three times daily. However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you forget a dose, contact your pharmacist. For topical ophthalmic (eye) use only, not for injection. Avoid touching tip of applicator to eye or other surfaces. WARNING: For topical ophthalmic (eye) use only. Not for subconjunctival (under the mucous membrane that lines the inner surface of the eyelids and is continued over the forepart of the eyeball) injection or for direct introduction into the anterior chamber of the eye. Contact lenses should not be worn during therapy. In addition to its desired action, PMS Moxifloxacin (Moxifloxacin) may cause some side effects, notably: It may cause red, irritated, itchy, or teary eyes It may cause blurred vision, eye pain, dry eyes It may cause broken blood vessels in the eyes, runny nose, cough Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin, other quinolone antibiotics (similar agents), or any component of the formulation Taking PMS Moxifloxacin (Moxifloxacin) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your family doctor. A treatment with PMS Moxifloxacin (Moxifloxacin) requires regular monitoring by a doctor.
