SDZ Telmisartan HCT  (Telmisartan Hydrochlorothiazide)'s dosage depends on the condition, it is usually given once daily in the usual range (80 mg,12.5 mg - 160 mg, 25 mg). However, your doctor or pharmacist may have suggested a different schedule that is more appropriate for you. Important: Follow the instructions on the label. Do not use more of this product, or more often, than prescribed. If you miss a dose, contact your pharmacist. Administer with or without food.
 
WARNING: Angioedema or water retention has been reported rarely. Symptomatic hypotension or low blood pressure may occur upon initiation in patients who are salt- or volume-depleted. May be associated with deterioration of kidney function. increase risk of joint inflammation, eye infections risk. Prolonged use (≥3 years) may increase the risk for skin cancer. Use with caution in patient with kidney and liver problems. Use with caution in patients with moderate or high cholesterol concentrations. Use with caution in patient with high calcium levels. These events may occur at anytime during therapy and without warning.

In addition to its desired action, SDZ Telmisartan HCT  (Telmisartan Hydrochlorothiazide) may cause some side effects, notably:
It may cause chest pain, high blood pressure, headache, pain, and fatigue.
It may cause diarrhea, stomach pain, back pain, urinary tract infections, vomiting and nausea.
It may cause cough, dizziness, kidney problems and lungs infections.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide, or any component of the formulation, concomitant use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus (high blood sugar levels), anuria (failure of the kidneys to produce urine).

Taking SDZ Telmisartan HCT  (Telmisartan Hydrochlorothiazide) during pregnancy may be harmful for the baby. Women of childbearing potential should use an effective contraceptive method. Pregnant women should not use this product. If you're planning a pregnancy or become pregnant, contact your family doctor.
